Welcome to Yorkshire's annual Y conference is the biggest tourism event in the UK.

This year we are hosting the conference at York Theatre Royal.

The event will celebrate the highlights of Yorkshire tourism last year and also unveil our exciting plans for marketing and promoting Yorkshire to the world in 2017. We aim to energise and empower you for a fantastic year ahead, helping you make the most of this year's big events.

Directions: Plan Your Journey

By Train - The nearest train station is York Station, located a 10 minute walk away from the venue.

By Foot - Turn left from the main entrance of the station and continue past the Royal York Hotel, straight over the cross roads. Follow the road under the city walls, then turn left and over Lendal Bridge. You will see the Minster in front of you as you pass the York Museum Gardens on the left. At the crossroads turn left and York Theatre Royal is in front of you on the right hand side of the road. The De Grey Rooms is immediately adjacent

By Bus - A number of local bus services stop directly outside the theatre including numbers 1, 2, 5, 5A, 6, 19, 29, 30, 31, 31X, 40, 56, 58, 812 and 884. For information on bus routes and times, please visit the First and Transdev websites.

Park & Ride - There are six Park & Ride services in York which allow you to park for free and complete your journey into the centre by bus. For more information on Park & Ride locations see here: http://www.itravelyork.info/park-and-ride/

By Road - York Theatre Royal is situated on St Leonard's Place. The nearest car parks are Union Terrace at York St Johns, BBC Radio, Bootham and Marygate. Please note, these car parks will fill up quickly and can be expensive. We would encourage you to use the Park and Ride where possible.
