In this week's episode of the series presented by Adrian Edmondson the programme introduces the Wildman family from Kirkby Malham - a family which has a rich farming heritage in the area dating back generations. Father Chris Wildman is a fifth generation butcher and this summer he has plans to build his very own ‘charcuterie' on the farm. Chris' eldest son William is a teenage sheep farmer who tends to a flock of over 200 sheep and today the family travel to a local show where William shows off his prize sheep.
Ade travels to Nidderdale to meet sheep farmer and llama lover Suzanne Benson and hears how Suzanne has started a new business of llama trekking in the Dales. Ade finds out about the practicalities of going for a walk with a woolly friend.
Meanwhile, the programme sees how Nick Mead and his fiance Gina Alexander gave up busy corporate lives to start a new life in the Dales. Home is now a five star hotel boat on the Leeds/Liverpool canal. Will everything be ship shape as they welcome some of their first guests into their new hotel?
